Please complete the form below to request a quotation for IEC 61000-4 series EMC immunity testing. Provide the applicable product standard or customer specification when known. If you are unsure of the required test methods or levels, Radiometrics will review your product information and determine the applicable test requirements.

Briefly describe the product, its intended function, and how it is normally used.
Product Status
Where will the product be sold or used?
Select all countries or markets where the product is intended to be sold or used.
Enter the applicable product standard, IEC/EN standard, or customer specification, if known. Example: IEC 61326-1, EN 61326-1, IEC 60601-1-2, or a customer-specific document. Enter “Not Sure” if unknown.
IEC 61000-4 Tests Requested
Select all tests known to be required. If you are unsure which IEC 61000-4 tests apply, select “Not Sure — Radiometrics to Determine.”
Enter the required performance criteria (A, B, C, etc.), if specified by the applicable standard or customer requirement. Enter “Per Applicable Standard” or “Not Sure” if unknown.
Product Power
Enter all normal operating input voltages or voltage ranges and include AC or DC (for example: 120 VAC, 100–240 VAC, 24 VDC, or 12/24 VDC). For battery-powered products, enter the battery voltage and type if known.
Enter the maximum input current or power consumption during normal operation. Include units (for example: 2.5 A, 500 mA, 250 W, or 1.5 kW). For battery-powered products, provide the maximum operating current or power if known. Enter “Not Sure” if unknown.
Grounding / Earth Connections
*Protective Earth (PE): A safety earth connection intended to protect against electric shock, typically connected to exposed conductive parts of the product. *Functional Earth / Ground: A ground connection required for proper product operation, EMC performance, shielding, noise control, or signal reference, but not primarily for electrical safety. *AC Power Ground: The protective earth conductor supplied through a grounded AC power cord or plug. If the product's Protective Earth is provided through the AC power cord, select “Protective Earth (PE) through the AC power cord.” Select the type of external earth or ground connection used during normal product operation.
List each separate external power input and its type. Examples: 1 AC mains input; 2 × 24 VDC inputs; 1 PoE input; or 1 USB power input. If the product has only one power input, list that input.
Enter the total number of external signal, control, communication, and I/O ports. Enter 0 if the product has none.
Types of External Ports / Connections
Select all that apply. Select “None” if the product has no external signal, control, communication, or I/O ports.
Are any external signal, control, communication, or I/O cables longer than 3 meters?
Consider the maximum cable length specified or normally used with the product during its intended operation or installation.
For each external connection, list the port type, number of ports, normal or maximum cable length, and whether the cable is normally connected during operation. Example: Ethernet — 2 ports — 5 m — normally connected.
List any equipment required to operate, monitor, or exercise the product during testing, such as computers, controllers, loads, simulators, power supplies, or network equipment. Enter “None” if no support equipment is required.
Will Radiometrics need to provide any support equipment?
List each distinct operating mode that should be evaluated during immunity testing. Examples may include standby, normal operation, maximum load, transmit/receive, charging, or other operating modes applicable to the product.
Are Any Signal, Control, or Communication Lines Intended for Long-Distance Connections?
Select “Yes” for lines intended to connect outside the local equipment installation or over extended distances, such as external communication, control, or telecommunications lines.
Are Any Signal, Control, or I/O Lines Directly Connected to AC Mains?
Select “Yes” if any signal, control, or I/O connection is electrically connected directly to the AC mains rather than isolated from the mains.
Is the Product Magnetically Sensitive?
Select “Yes” if the product contains components or functions that may be affected by power-frequency magnetic fields, such as magnetic sensors, Hall-effect devices, transformers, CRTs, or other magnetically sensitive circuitry.
Describe how proper product operation should be monitored during immunity testing. Identify any required software, displays, communications, measurements, loads, alarms, or other indicators needed to verify product operation.
Describe any loss of function, degradation, reset, communication error, incorrect output, alarm, data loss, or other behavior that should be considered unacceptable during or after testing. If not yet defined, enter “Per Applicable Standard” or “Not Sure.”
Enter the approximate product dimensions and include units (for example: 12 × 8 × 6 in.)
EUT Configuration
Select the configuration that represents how the product is normally installed and operated. This information is used to determine the appropriate EMC test setup.
Enter the approximate product weight and include units (for example: 25 lb)
