     Radiometrics is an American Association for Laboratory Accreditation ( A2LA ) accredited independent Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing and engineering center whose primary goal is to help our clients achieve compliance with domestic or international EMC/EMI specifications.

     Radiometrics is an industry leader having provided superior service since 1983. Its staff members are technical advisors to the International Standard Organization (ISO) , chair domestic EMC standard groups and involved with several additional EMC working groups.

    National Association of Telecommunications Engineers ( NARTE ) certified engineers oversee our facilities that includes two ferrite lined anechoic chambers, two screen-rooms, a stand alone conducted emissions, ESD, and transient work station and two open area test sites. Their goal is to get your product in for testing, correct any problems that are found, file all necessary paperwork and get your product to the market as soon as possible.

    The addition of our new EMC Center has more then doubled our laboratory space and has added a new 10-meter anechoic chamber. The chamber boasts a 20-foot turntable with a load capacity in excess of 25,000 lbs. The equipment entrance door opens 20 foot wide by 16 feet tall. For vehicle and large heat generating equipment it is equipped with a 25,000 CFM air handler and a separate exhaust handler.

    Our clients are encouraged to participate during testing. For those attending from out of town we are located approximately 1/2 hour drive from either Midway or O'Hare airports. We can help direct you to one of the quality hotels or one of the many great places to eat.
